<br /> TRANSPORTATION IMPACT/UTILITIES IMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersigned understands
<br /> that Transportation Impact Fees and Recourse Recovery Fees may apply to the �nstruction of new buildings, change of
<br /> use in existing buildings, or expansron of existing buildings, as speafied in Pasco Counly Ordinance number 89-07 and
