Contract Change Orders <br /> � Owners may at any reasonable time during the progress of the work, by an order <br /> in writing, agreed to and signed by both parties, make any alteration to the plans <br /> and specifications, and the work shall then be executed according to conformance <br /> with an executed Contract Change Order. Any change from the signed plans and <br /> specifications must be in writing and must be paid for at the time the change is <br /> agreed upon. If the change is a deletion the amount shall be credited against the <br /> final payment. There will be a$250.00 administration fee for each change order. <br /> Commencement Date and Protection <br /> • The contract amount has been determined as of the Contract date. Because of <br /> periods of inflation in the building industry, Builder will only guarantee that <br /> amount for 45 days from Contract date. If any problems arises which delays <br /> commencement through no fault of Builder, there may be an additional amount <br /> added to contract. This figure will be determined at the time that construction <br /> commences. At that time, if Builder requests a price increase in writing, Owner <br /> has the firm option of canceling the Contract by a letter in writing to Builder <br /> within ten (10) calendar days from the date increase is requested. <br /> Subcontractors <br /> • Ryman Construction has built a solid reputation on quality construction and <br /> timely completion, and we have built a long standing relationship with the most <br /> qualified subcontractors in our area, Ryman Construction, Inc./Ryman <br /> Construction of Florida, Inc., will not allow any outside subcontractors to work on <br /> our site. There are no exceptions! <br /> Mold <br /> • Mold is a naturally occurring growth that may have adverse health consequences <br /> and which requires certain preventative and proper maintenance actions by the <br /> buyer.
