Site Plans submitted for Wheelblast Inc. located at 3951 Copeland Drive <br /> (No. 16-10-SPR) for an office trailer addition and removal of an existing metal <br /> building. <br /> This item was approved per the following conditions/discussion points: <br /> • An ADA paved parking spot will be required. Coordinate details with <br /> the building department <br /> • The "eastside driveway" should be brought up to commercial <br /> standards (concrete, culvert and dirt control per Public Works <br /> standards). Coordinate with Shane Leblanc. A R.O.W. permit will <br /> be required <br /> • Per a request by the applicant —"please have a police patrol car <br /> monitor the speed of traffic on Copeland Drive". <br /> 2. Special Event Application submitted by John Bolender for the 4"' Annual <br /> Bivouac & Barracks to held at the Zephyrhills Airport on February 19 through <br /> 21 St , 2011 to benefit the WW I I Barracks Museum. <br /> This item was approved per the following conditions: <br /> • Special Event Insurance is needed. The City will provide (Katrina)? <br /> • Trash receptacles? <br /> • No police or fire needed. <br /> 3. Yard Sale in the Parking Lot of Goin' Postal Sunday October 3� from 1-3pm.: <br /> This item was approved per the following conditions: <br /> • The event shall be approved for a one time trial to see how the <br /> parking works and to gauge any neighborhood concerns <br /> • Yard Sales are technically only allowed three times per year per <br /> City ordinance. Clarify if a second event is desired. <br />
