By paying for permit contractor acknowledges to <br /> comply with the items below. Should anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to <br /> contact the Fire Marshal's office. <br /> 1. Shall be compliant to NFPA 72 <br /> 2. Install a horn strobe near main entrance on outside of building shall be weather proof. <br /> 3. Panel is addressable. Label all detectors and pull stations <br /> 4. Flows and tampers are protected through the Save-a-Lot location. That location is <br /> being remodeled. lt was told of the contractor to install separate flows for address <br /> locations that have their sprinkler system. Additional follow-up may be needed. <br /> 5. Label telephone jacks <br /> 6. Label FA panel for electric breaker location <br /> 7. Label electric panel and lock breaker "on" controlling fire alarm <br /> 8. Strobes shall remain on when system is silenced. <br /> 9. Provide zone map with panel. <br /> 10. Date batteries in panel <br /> 11. Knox Box is required. An application can be picked up from the address above. <br /> Inspection Required• <br /> l. In the event that further examination or site <br /> inspection reveals areas of non-compliance, it shall be the contractor's sole responsibility, at their sole •� <br /> expense to bring those areas in compliance.
