By paying for permit, contractor acknowledges to comply with the items below. Should anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. I. Add smoke detector in master bedroom for unit 1398, one not shown on plans. 2. Ensure proper nails are used with each layer of rated drywall installed on rated wall between units. Ensure screw pattern is in accordance to the listing. 3. Firewall shall be labeled/stenciled "FIREWALL — DO NOT PENETRATE". Labeling shall be every l0 feet on both sides of wall. 4. Ensure any penetrations in firewall are in accordance to the listing to maintain rating of firewall. Inspection(s) Required: l. Nail Inspection (each layer of rated drywall) 2.
