By paying for permit, the contractor <br /> acknowledges to comply with the comments stated below. Should anyone have any <br /> questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office <br /> 1. Plans submitted have been approved by the State for the installation. An inspection <br /> still needs to be conducted by the State once the project is completed. That inspection <br /> report shall be supplied by the contractor to this offce at the time of the tinal or no <br /> a�proval be given for the installation. <br /> 2. Bollards shall be positioned down the fence line to prevent damage from vehicular <br /> coll�sion per NFPA 58. Minimum 6" pipe filled with concrete and painted yellow. <br /> 3. Ensure placarding of tank occurs on all 4 sides. <br /> 4 A certified fire extinguisher shall be located on site per NFPA 10. <br /> 5. I'ence that is installed around perimeter shall be minimum 6' high and have the <br /> preventative climbing measure installed on top No smoking signs shall be placed on <br /> the fence on all 4 sides. <br /> Inspection Required: <br /> l. This review is not intended to be a final approval of <br /> the submitted plans. 1t is the contractor's sole responsibility to ensure that the plans are in <br /> complet� compliance witli all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. In the event that <br /> further exam�nation or site inspection reveals areas of non-compliance, it shall be the contractor's <br /> sole responsibility, at their sole expense to bring those areas in compliance. The City assumes no <br /> responsibility for the contractoi•'s failure to be in compliance with all applicable NFPA codes and <br /> local ord�nances. <br />
