Any request wlu�h is NOT filled out properly or in detail, which includes, compiete plan <br /> layout, elevations (where applicxble), written details of improvement being requested, includi�g <br /> color, etc, and any other information pertinent to th� processing of the request, wd�l be �et�ned <br /> t4_t�e Lot e�rer fer �o�a beii�re bei� peviewed bv thE Ca�nit�ee. <br /> 3. Committee will review requests and visit the site of the request as necessary. <br /> 4. After Lhe Committee has approved or denied the request, it will be presented to the Board of <br /> Directors for their approval or denial. <br /> 5. There will be NO more one day approvals or last minute approvals. Request will talce 7- 14 <br /> days for appropriate review and consideration, thus giving the Committee and Board members <br /> time to review and consider the request in a thorough manner. <br /> 6. The original request will be stamped approved or denied, and after being copied the original <br /> wtill go into to the members file and the copy retumed to the Lot owner by the Board of Director <br /> liaison to the committee. <br /> 7.
