By paying for the permit, contractor <br /> acknowledges to comply with the item below. Should anyone have any questions, please do not <br /> hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. <br /> 1. FDC shall be a 5" 30 degree turndown Storz connection, if not already in place. <br /> 2. FDC sign shall be located at FDC. Sign shall state "FDC" in 6" red reflective letters <br /> on white background and shall also state the address served. (should be there) <br /> 3. Tampers shall be installed on double backflow, if not already that way. <br /> 4. Properly tag system once completed. <br /> 5. Label all doors where riser is located, or where any other valves are located. <br /> (EXAMPLE: "SPRINKLER RISER") <br /> 6. Ensure adjacent system (Save-a-Lot) remains in operation. If that system is to be shut <br /> down, notify that business. If to be shut down for more than 4 hours, notify this <br /> authority. <br /> Inspections Required: <br /> 1. Pressure TesdRough-in <br /> 2. This review is not intended to be a final approval of the <br /> submitted plans. It is the contractor's sole responsibility to ensure that the plans are in complete compliance <br /> with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. In the event that further examination or site <br /> inspection reveals areas of non-compliance, it shall be the contractor's sole responsibility, at their sole <br /> expense to bring those areas in compliance. The City assumes no responsibility for the contractor's failure <br /> to be in compliance with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. <br />
