SQUARING THE STRA.IGHT SIDES: - <br /> Now thax th� bottom structure of the pool is fully assembled, make sure that the straight sides of the pool aze <br /> perfectly in line with each other. We refer to this as "squa.ring" the pool. This is done by measuring from the out- <br /> side of the first straight side upright on one side, to the outside of the last shaight side upright on the opposite side <br /> (the two straight side uprights fazthest from each other.) VVhen making these measurements they should always be <br /> taken from the lower 12" of the straight side uprights because the higher up on the straight side upright you go, the <br /> less accurate the measurements will be_ Once you have that measurement, you should measure the distance <br /> between the two opposite straight side uprights the same way (as shown in Fig.37 and Fig.38.) The two <br /> measurements should be exactly the same. If they are not, adjust one entire straight side as necessary.
