By paying for the permit, contractor acknowledges to comply with the item below. Should anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. l. Install an emergency light in restroom. 2. Install certified fire extinguishers in front and rear. 3. Ensure address is located on front and rear door. 4. Address electrical meter to this space. 5. Label firewall as a 2 HOUR WALL — DO NOT PENETRATE 6. Firewall shall be fire caulked at roof deck. All penetrations shall be fire caulked. NOTE: Contractor shall check the existing firewalls on each side of new constructed firewall to ensure proper rating for the occupancy to be located there. Proper labeling may be needed once confirmed. Inspections Required: l. Firewall screw inspection (both layers) 2. Firewall Final 3.
