By paying for permit, <br /> contractor acknowledges to comply with the comments below. Should anyone have any <br /> questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. <br /> 1. Date batteries. <br /> 2. Battery Calcs required at time of final <br /> 3. Install breaker lock on the fire alarm breaker in panel. <br /> 4. Write location of breaker on inside cover of fire alarm panel. <br /> 5. Label telephone jacks. <br /> 6. Provide zone map at fire alarm panel. <br /> 7. Strobes shall remain on when system is silenced. <br /> 8. Ensure tampers are installed on backflow preventor. <br /> 9. Label devices according to the fire alarm address. <br /> 10.
