I know Kalvin
has been working on this but I'm not sure where we are at as I was out @class all last week. The address is 5610 6tn
street. Let us know if that is within the CRA distict.
From: Todd Vandeberg
Sent: Monday, May 16, 2011 2:50 PM
To: Bill Burgess; Kalvin Switzer
Cc: RJ Keetch; Steve Spina
Subject: Hyperbaric business / 6th
I would like to meet with the four of us to discuss the proposed hyperbaric business that is gearing up to open on 6tn
street. Does the City's transportation impact fee ordinance dictate that when there is a change in use that we compare
the uses and based on the category of before and after the applicant is required to pay a transportation impact fee if the
use is greater? In this particular instance we are dealing with a use that will generate very little traffic. I would like to
discuss this issue. I will be out tomorrow through Thursday but I have discussed with RJ in case we are not able to meet
today. I know that is an issue that we have been hearing from the business and should try and resolve ASAP.
Todd H.
