Should anyone have any questions, please do not <br /> hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. <br /> l. Ensure installation is conducted in accordance to NFPA 72, 2002 edition. <br /> 2. Ensure all devices have corresponding addresses/labeling to match the fire alarm <br /> panel when activation occurs. <br /> 3. Ensure that when devices activate (pulls, duct detectors, ansul} is addressed to Five <br /> Guys address. <br /> 4. Tag panel noting fire alarm work conducted at five guys with date. <br /> lnspections Required: <br /> I . It is the contractor's sole responsibility to ensure that the plans are in complete compliance <br /> with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. In the event that further examination or site <br /> inspection reveals areas of non-compliance, it shall be the contractor's sole responsibility, at tlieir sole <br /> expense to bring those areas in compliance. The City assumes no responsibility for the contractor's failure <br /> to be in compliance with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. <br />
