Paying for permit, contractor <br /> acknowledges complying with the comments listed below. Should anyone have any questions, <br /> please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. <br /> i. Ensure installation is in accordance to all applicable codes and standards. <br /> 2. lnstall tracing wire on underground portion — 2 wires required. <br /> 3. Underground shall be pressure tested as a section by itself at 200 psi. <br /> 4. Underground shall be flushed — witnessed — prior to connection to sprinkler <br /> system. <br /> 5. At location of FDC a sign shall be installed stating "FDC — 1%z". This sign shall <br /> have 6" red reflective letters on white background and shall be on corner of <br /> building nearest to riser facing roadway. <br /> 6. Install some protection (bollard style) around riser to prevent damage from <br /> motorized equipment such a s lawn mowing equipment. <br /> Inspection Required: <br /> l. Underground pressure test @ 200 psi for 2 hours. <br /> 2. Underground flush <br /> 3. System pressure test @ 200 psi for 2 hours <br /> 4.
