<br /> TRANSPORTATION IMPACTIUTILITIES IMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersigned understands
<br /> that Transportation Impact Fees and Recourse Recovery Fees may apply to the consUuction of new buildings, change of
<br /> use in existing huildings, or expansion of existing buildings, as specified in Pasco County Ordinance number 89-07 and
