Change out FDC on building for this system to a 5" 30 degree turn down Storz <br /> connection. <br /> 2. Ensure all rooms containing a riser or valve the door is labeled indicating such. <br /> 3. Ensure there is an FDC sign installed above the FDC. Sign should state: (see <br /> below — red reflective letters on white background) If there are more addresses <br /> that this FDC supports all addresses shall be listed. May have building owner <br /> make up. <br /> SPRINKLER FDC (4" letters) <br /> 38051 MARKET SQUARE DR (2" letters) <br /> 4. Ensure tampers are installed on double backflow, if not already there. <br /> 5. Tag system once work has been completed and approved. <br /> Inspection Required: <br /> l.
