Paying for permit, contractor acknowledges to <br /> the comments listed below. Should anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact <br /> the Fire Macshal's office. <br /> 1. Ensure safe practices are used during the construction process in accordance to <br /> NFPA 1. <br /> 2. Separate plans shall be submitted by installing contractor for hood suppression, <br /> natural gas, and hood duct to obtain permit to conduct work. Ensure all supporting <br /> documents are submitted with the plans. NFPA 1 <br /> 3. Occupant load requires a 2 exit. Egress cannot be through a storage re(ated room <br /> or multiple rooms. A 2" exit shall be installed in the dining area. Exit lighting <br /> will be required over door. Insta(I hotel latch style hardware — no deadbolts. Panic <br /> hardware may also be used. NFPA 101 7.4.1.1 <br /> 4. Ensure there is adequate emergency lighting (egress areas, dining and restrooms). <br /> NFPA 101 Chapter 7 <br /> 5. Obtain new assembly permit from Building Dept at City Hall prior to building <br /> final. Cost of permit is $50. <br /> Inspection Required: <br /> 1.
