Paying for <br /> permit acknowledges the contractor will comply. Should anyone have any questions, please do <br /> not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. <br /> 1. lnspections have taken place prior to the submittaL Two light tests were <br /> conducted to check the quality of the welds and a final was conducted at the same <br /> time a building final was being obtained. There was a fine assessed for conducting <br /> work w/o a permit ($100.00) however the work was allowed to continue by this <br /> authority to keep the project moving forward. Fine shall be paid prior to a full CO <br /> given for the building final. <br /> 2. Ensure ceramic fire blanket is installed not only were it is within 18 inches of <br /> combustible but also within 3 inches of limited combustibles. <br /> 3. Ensure access door locations are marked. <br /> �. 3rd party test and ba(ance is required and shall be submitted to this authority at <br /> time of final. <br /> Inspection Required: <br /> 1. This review is not intended to be a final approval of the <br /> submitted plans. it is the contractor's sole responsibility to ensure that the plans are in complete compliance <br /> with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. ln the event that further examination or site <br /> inspection reveals areas of non-compliance, it shall be the contractor's sole responsibility, at their sole <br /> expense to bring those areas in compliance The City assumes no responsibility for the contractor's failure <br /> to be in compliance with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. <br />
