While a survey would <br /> be needed to determine exact property lines, we have concluded the large tree, located <br /> behind this house, is located on common property. <br /> Secondly, as we had discussed, I have contacted members of our Modification <br /> Committee and members of our Board of Directors concerning your desire to remove the <br /> aluminum porch located on the back of this structure. You also expressed an interest in <br /> removing the windows on the front porch and returning the porch to the way it was <br /> originally, that is an open porch. The Modification Committee has stated, in writing, they <br /> would approve these modifications contingent upon your receipt of a permit, if required, <br /> from the City of Zephyrhills. They have also stipulated any and all deficiencies created <br /> by this construction must be repaired within thirty (30) days from the date of <br /> commencement of alterations. It is our intent to keep all structures in a condition <br /> comparable to what they were at the time of its initial construction excepting normal wear <br /> and tear. <br /> If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at 813-780-6737.
