The fixed meeting rail was secured to the jambs with a PVC block secured <br /> to the frame with two #8 x 2" flat head screws and secured to the fixed meeting rail with two <br /> #8 x 5/8" pan head screws. <br /> Sash Construction: The sash was constructed of extruded vinyl with mitered and welded <br /> corners. <br /> Glazing Details: The window was glazed with 5/8" thick insulating glass. The glass was <br /> constructed of an exterior sheet of 1/8" thick clear annealed glass and an interior sheet of <br /> 1/8" thick clear annealed glass separated by an aluminum spacer system. The fixed lite was <br /> gtazed from the interior and the sash was glazed from the exteriar.
