Paying for permit contractor acknowledges <br /> complying with the items listed below. Should anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate <br /> to contact the Fire Marshal's office. <br /> 1. Page 54.1 was added and not indicated on cover sheet. Pages RD 1.0, 1.1 and <br /> WD 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, and 1.4 are indicated on the cover sheet but were not <br /> submitted. These pages indicated had no direct references to the overall life <br /> safety review, therefore was not an issue. Building Department may need to see <br /> the pages. <br /> 2. Ensure safe practices in accordance to NFPA 1 are being used during this <br /> construction. <br /> 3. Install smoke detector in St John master bedroom. It was not indicated in the <br /> plans. <br /> 4. Ensure fire wall extends out into the soffit areas both in front and rear. Firewall <br /> shall extend to the underside of the soffit. Ensure the fire wall is labeled and fire <br /> caulked at roof deck and any seam where any H channels come together. <br /> Inspection Required: <br /> l.
