Paying for permit contractor acknowledges complying with the <br /> items listed below. Fees have been waived by this department based on previous conversations <br /> after the commercial check. Should anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact <br /> the Fire Marshal's office. <br /> 1. Address of project is 6126 Gall not 6121 Gall. <br /> 2. System shall be installed in accordance to NFPA 13, 2002 edition. <br /> 3. Provide a sign at the FDC. Sign shall have "FDC" 6 inch red reflective letter <br /> followed by address underneath. Lettering shall be on white background. <br /> 4. Install tamper switches on backflow preventor. <br /> 5. Provide cut sheets on all underground materials. <br /> 6. Seal all penetrations. <br /> Inspections Required: <br /> 1. Pressure Test on Underground <br /> 2. Flush on Underground <br /> 3. Pressure Test and Rough-In <br /> 4. Acceptance Test w/FA <br /> � -'---- <br /> KE Y BARNETT, FIRE MARSHAL <br /> ***Please be advised this review of plans submitted is a cursory review to assist the contractor in <br /> compliance with applicable fire safety codes. This review is not intended to be a final approval of the <br /> submitted plans. It is the contractor's sole responsibility to ensure that the plans are in complete compliance <br /> with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. In the event that further examination or site <br /> inspection revea(s areas of non-compliance, it shall be the contractor's sole responsibility, at their sole <br /> expense to bring those areas in compliance. The City assumes no responsibility for the contractor's failure <br /> to be in compliance with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. <br />
