Hereby acknowledges that Contrector may be subjecl to delays occesioned by inclemeM weather, labor disputes, and material supply shortages which are beyond the cont�ol of the Contractor and hereby accepts delays occasloned by one or all of these clrcumstances in the Installation of his roof.
