Site Plan Review for a new bank building submitted by representatives <br /> of Chase Bank located at Zephyr Commons, �80o Gall Blvd (File No. o6-i1- <br /> SPR). <br /> This item was approved. <br /> Discussion Points <br /> • The applicant and City met prior to the formal Site Plan meeting and agreed that <br /> i.) the sign could be moved to the southwest corner of the site per conditions <br /> outlined below, 2.) parking and landscaping modification would take place, and <br /> 3.) architectural additions would be made to the western roofline <br /> Conditions <br /> . Applicant to provide the City with written approval from the shopping center <br /> owner indicating that changes to the master sign plan are acceptable <br /> • Removal and relocation of two magnolia trees (same trees and/or size) at <br /> entrance per approval by City and shopping center and setback five (5) feet from <br /> the US 3oi property line <br /> • submit monumez�t sign plan the complies with the design standards approved for <br /> Zephyr Commons <br /> • The cover sheet of the site plan should provide the ownership contact <br /> information for both Zephyr Commons and Chase Bank <br /> • additional architectural features will be added to the western end of the bank <br /> (this item can be reviewed / approved as part of the building plan review <br /> • Applicant to provide final site plan for stamped approval to the planning <br /> department reflecting requested changes. <br />
