<br /> portions of fhe "contractor Block" of tfiis appllcatlon for which they will be responsible. If you, as ihe owner sign as the
<br /> contractor, lhat may be an indication that he Is not properiy Ilcensed and Is not entitled to permitting privlleges in Pasco
<br /> Counry.
<br /> TRANSPORTATION IMPACT/UTILITIES IMPACT AND RE90URCE RECOVERY FEE3: The undersigned understands
<br /> that Transportation Impact Fees and Recourse Recovery Fees may appty lo the consiruction of new buildings, change of
<br /> use in existing bulldfngs, or expansfo� of existing bufidings, as specified in Pasco County OrdVnance number 89-07 and

<br /> If the flll materiai is to be used in Flood Zone "A", it is understood that a drainage plan addressing a
<br /> 'compensating volume" wlll be submitted at time of permftting wh(ch is prepared by a professionaf engineer
<br /> Hcensed by the State of Florida.
<br /> If the ftll material is to be used in Flood Zone "A" in c�nnection with a permitted building using stem wall
<br /> construction, i ce�tlfy that fill wifl be used only to fill the area within the stem wall.

<br /> Jusfrfiable cause for the extension. if work ceases for ninety (90) consecutive deys, the job is considered abandoned.
