You may build or improve a <br /> one-family or two-family resideace or a farm outbuilding, You may also build <br /> or improve a commercial building, provided your costs do aot exceed $25,DOD. <br /> The buildiag or residence must be for your own use or occupancy. It may nct <br /> be built or substantially improved for sale or lease. If you se1:l or lease a <br /> building you have bvilt or substaatially improved yourself within 1 year after <br /> the construction is complete, the la�v ari11 pres�e .that you built or <br /> substantially a.mproved if for sale or l�ase, which is a violation of this <br /> ex�ption.
