This project will be completed in two <br /> phases with the first phase starting once the permit is received. The second phase shall be <br /> completed within 1 year from the initial permit date. Two inspection fees were assessed due <br /> to the installation being completed in two phases. Furthermare, the permit will have to be <br /> r <br /> �aying for permit, contractor acknowledges complying with the items listed below. <br /> Should anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. <br /> 1. Ensure all penetrations are properly sealed. <br /> 2. Label fire alarm panel where the breaker is located to shut off system. <br /> 3. Install breaker lock so breaker cannot be turned off. <br /> 4. Provide a zone map at the panel. <br /> 5. Labe1 telephone jacks. <br /> 6. Date batteries. <br /> 7. Strobes shall remain on when system is silenced. <br /> 8. Devices shall be labeled to reflect the address on the fire alarm panel. <br /> 9. Install the duct detector on the 4`" floor AHU in phase one and not phase two. <br /> 10. Ensure all holes within the hood where old piping was located in sealed. <br /> Inspections Required: <br /> 1.
