Install new 5" drip edge Color: white 6. Install all new lead boots with mesh guards & general roof vents 7. Install all new GAF/Elk Timberline HD Lifetime dimensional shingles 8. Shingle color selection: Slate 9. Install 50' of new gray aluminum ridge vents per unit 10. All roof related debris removed from job site I 1. Ail materials, labor, and permits fumished 12. Provide a 5 year labor warranty all above referred work Additional items: Bad '/2" plywood is replaced at a cost of $1.90 sq. ft. in the roof field. All other wood work such as but not limited too, rafter replacement, fascia board replacement, etc. will be charged at an hourly rate of $55.00 per man hour plus the cost of materials; any additional charges WILL BE approved by HOA prior to commencing of said work; digital photos will be taken of damage wood if applicable Additional Notes: Bid price includes up to (1) sheet ofplywood per address; no service call fee for warranty related issues; a$85.00 service fee charge maybe charged for any NON warranty related service call Payment to be made as follows: 25% down, balance �aid upon final completion of job Total Bid Price $6,225.00 per building ($18,675.00 for a113 buildings) This becomes a binding contract upon accepiance of proposal. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. Owner to carry fire, hurricane aud oUier necessary insurance upon above work. 3 Labor warranty does not cover damage to roofs caused by lighting, hurricane, tornadq hailstorm, impact of foreign objects or other violent storm or casualty damage to roofs due to settlement, distortion, failure or cracking ofroof deck, walls or foundation of a building. 4 Workmen's compensation and public liability insurance on above work to be taken ou[ by RYMAN ROOFING or its sub- contractors. 5 RYMAN ROOFING, INC. is not responsible to provide any materials or to perform any work other than what is described above.
