No fees have <br /> been assessed at this time. Should anyone have any questions,please do not hesitate to <br /> contact the Fire Marshal's office. <br /> 1. Exit and emergency lighting not shown on floor plan. Location shall be <br /> shown. <br /> 2. Show locations of fire extinguishers and ensure they are certified. <br /> 3. Handicap ramp being installed has no details showing construction and <br /> applicable measurements. Same for steps in back. <br /> 4. Rear door being installed has no details or details of hardware being <br /> installed. Hardware shall consist of a single motion. <br /> 5. Any electrical being added and/or changed shall be noted on the floor plan. <br /> 6. Location and type of sheetrock being installed (walls/ceiling) shall be shown <br /> on floor plan. <br /> KERRY B TT, FIRE MARSHAL <br /> ***Please be advised this review of plans submitted is a cursory review to assist the contractor in <br /> compliance with applicable fire safety codes.This review is not intended to be a final approval of the <br /> submitted plans. In the event that further examination or site <br /> inspection reveals areas of non-compliance,it shall be the contractor's sole responsibility, at their sole <br /> expense to bring those areas in compliance.The City assumes no responsibility for the contractor's failure <br /> to be in compliance with all applicable NFPA codes and local ordinances. <br />
