All material is guaranteed to be as specified and the above work to be completed in accordance with the drawings and specs submitted for above work. All work and materials to meet local industry standards and existing codes in effect at date of proposal.The above work to be performed for the sum of: Seven thousand,three hundred ninety and 00/100 Dollars($7,390.00 ) with payments to be made as follows:To be agreed upon at acceptance of proposal. Payment as follows: $500.00 due at acceptance; $4950.00 due when ready to hang drywall; balance due within 2 days of tinal inspection by Zephyrhills Building dept. Cost of collection and attorney fees in the event of any default by the owner or in the event that the Builder must initiate any collection proceedings or must engage the services of an attorney for any purpose whatsoever relating to this agreement, including but not limited to seeking the enforcement of the terms and conditions of this document,the Owner acknowledges,agrees,confirms and warrants,that they shall be respo ' le for all costs and attorney fees incurred by Builder.
