You must _provide direct <br /> onsite supervision of the coastszictioa yourself. You may build or improve a <br /> one-family or two-family residence or a faz� outbuilding. You may also build <br /> ar improve a commercial building, provided your costs do not �xceed $25,000. <br /> Ttae building or residence must be for your o�a use or occupancy. You may not hire aa unlicensad person to act as your contractor or <br /> to supervise people wosking on your building. It is your responsibility to <br /> make sure that people employed by you have licenses re?,;red by state law and <br /> by county or municipal liceasing ordinances.
