Jacqueline Boges
From: Bill Burgess
Sent: Monday, April 23, 2012 10:18 AM
To: Shane LeBlanc
Cc: Jacqueline Boges
Subject: Ciry Hall/Library-A/C and Lighting
Deficiencies noted during final inspection:
1. Curbs on three roof top units do not cover existing transition to roof material.
2. Test and Balance required per notes on approved plan.
, 3. New disconnect attachments need correction as discussed.
4. Breakers and fuses to match manufactures requirements on new A/C units
5. Electrical Panels and A/C units shall be matched and labeled for identification purposes.
" 6. Library circuits to be traced and identified to ensure wire size and circuit breakers are to code.
7. Two of the library units were specified to be single-phase but were supplied by existing three—phase and a leg
was removed to accommodate. This should be addressed and approved by the engineer of record.
8. Heat strips above Utility Department to be connected.
It is my understanding the engineer called for a simple A/C change-out without additional electrical work,
unfortunately code requirements prevail.
i
