The carpet shall be (30) ounce, stain <br /> resistant over a minimum of 1/2 inch re-bond, FHA approved. <br /> The installation shall be in an approved manner. All tack strips, <br /> metal accessories, etc., are included in this specification. The <br /> carpet shall be first quality, no seconds will be accepted. Product <br /> documentation will be provided by the contractor prior to <br /> installation. Included are all closets opening into newly Hall Closet/ <br /> carpeted areas. Bedrooms 900 <br /> 22 FLOOR COVERING /CERAMIC <br /> Install new ceramic tile floor to manufactures recommendation. M. Bath Closet/ <br /> Assume cost of tile to be installed at $2.00 per sq. foot of area. Bathroorras 800 <br /> Note: Existing ceramic tile to remain, use caution. Information only <br /> 25 BASE & SHOE MOLDING <br /> Install new wood base and shoe molding on all walls. <br /> When new base is installed over flooring, no shoe is required. <br /> Trim to be colonial. Interior 220 <br /> 36 WINDOW REPAIR <br /> Repair the existing windows to proper operating condition. <br /> This includes closers, springs, weather stripping, and sashes. <br /> Include replacing any broken glass panes. All Wind��ws 500 <br /> 56 CEILING INSULATION <br /> Check existing ceiling insulation and add insulation as <br /> required to achieve an estimated R-30 (Minimum 10.375 ") <br /> in pitched roof areas.
