A public hearing was held and there were no <br /> comments from the audience. Jodi Wilkeson moved Ordinance#1097-12 be passed on the <br /> second reading. Seconded by Lance Smith. Consider Conditional Use Petition Submitted by Juanita Eiland, 5203 8�'Street for <br /> Oversized Accessory Building <br /> A public hearing was held for a conditional use petition submitted by Juanita Eiland for a <br /> 750 square foot detached garage. A conditional use is required if the accessory structure is in <br /> excess of 625 square foot. Site Plan Review Committee, Planning Commission and the <br /> Historical Preservation committee reviewed this and recommended approval with the following <br /> conditions: 1) applicant shall install landscaping around the perimeter of the garage; 2) <br /> boundaries of the garage shall be staked for permitting with the Building Department to check <br /> building setbacks; and 3) applicant to construct a white picket fence along the front property <br /> boundary within three years of approval. <br /> Lance 5mith moved the conditional use permit be approved with the three conditions <br /> listed. Seconded by Charlie Proctor. Motion passed 4-1 with Jodi Wilkeson voting against the <br /> motion. <br /> 11. Consider Conditional Use Petition Submitted by James Simpson,39756 Meadowood <br /> Loop for Oversized Accessory Building <br /> A public hearing was held for a conditional use petition submitted by Jarnes Simpson for <br /> a 720 square foot detached garage. A conditional use is required if the accessory structure is in <br /> excess of 625 square feet.
