ZEPHYRHILLS HISTORIC PRESERVATION BOARD MINUTES <br /> A Historic Preservation Board Meeting was held on Tuesday, May 22, 2012 in the <br /> conference room at the Municipal Building at 5:00 P.M. Acting Chairman Aiken called the <br /> meeting to order at 5:15 p.m. as a quorum was present. Roll call was taken. Present were <br /> members Jason Aiken, Marian Riopelle and Tracy Sullivan. Mrs. Sullivan moved to accept the <br /> April 11, 2012 minutes as presented. Motion was seconded by. Motion passed unanimously. <br /> 1. Application for a Historic District "Certificate of Appropriateness" submitted by Nicole <br /> Miller for qropertv located at 5509 9th Street The owner is proposinq to construct a <br /> fence to enclose the back part of her yard <br /> Staff explained that Ms. Miller submitted an Application for Certificate of Appropriateness <br /> proposing a 6' wooden fence around part of her property. She brought in pictures showing her <br /> neighbors property and what is going on next door to her. She also attached a diagram of <br /> where she wants to put the fence on her property and it shows the fencing would be about half <br /> way down the length of the house. She lives by herself and her family wants the fence to cover <br /> her bedroom and bathroom windows. The applicant has agreed to landscape in front of the <br /> fence. <br /> After discussion, Tracy Sullivan moved to approve the Application for Certificate of <br /> Appropriateness for the proposed fencing submitted by Nicole Miller with the conditions that the <br /> fence will have a type of maintenance finish such as stain or white paint and landscaping will be <br /> done on 8th Avenue and 9th Street. Motion seconded by Marian Riopelle. Motion passed <br /> unanimously. <br /> Meeting was adjourned by 5:35 p.m. �`"" ��O`;=? <br /> � !�D ' <br /> a�c�� <br />
