The holder s6a11 save and keep the City harmless from any and all damages,claims,or injuries that msy occur by reason of the construction, owintenance,and operation of said facility. ll. The holder shall complete the requested work within days or[his permit shall become null end void In the event the work requested is not completed upon the expiration da[e of t6is permit,the City shall have the rig6t to complete such work and to charge the holder of t6e permit for all costs inwrred iu comple[ing said worlc. 12.
