��: l:3-3 2'S <br /> ZEPHYRHILLS HISTORIC PRESERVATION BOARD MINUTES <br /> A Historic Preservation Board Meeting was held on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 in the <br /> conference room at the Municipal Building at 4:30 P.M. Vice-Chairman Sullivan called the <br /> meeting to order at 4:35 p.m. as a quorum was present. Roll call was taken. Present were <br /> members Jason Aiken, Marian Riopelle and Tracy Sullivan. Mrs. Riopelle moved to accept the <br /> May 22, 2012 minutes as presented. Motion was seconded by Mr. Aiken. Motion passed <br /> unanimously. <br /> 1. Election of Vice Chairman <br /> Jason Aiken nominated Tracy Sullivan as Vice-Chairman. Marion Riopelle seconded the <br /> nomination. The vote was unanimous for Tracy Sullivan as Vice-Chairman. <br /> A lication for a Historic District "Certificate of A ro riateness" submitted b Charlie Proctor <br /> for proqertv located at 5529 8th Street The owner is proposinq to construct an accessorv <br /> buildina in the back part of his vard <br /> Staff explamed that the applicant was requesting to add an accessory structure to his property <br /> in the location as currently he has two carports (awnings) and a chain link fence that he will <br /> remove (Applicant stated that he had removed them today). Applicant assured the Board that <br /> he had made sure the accessory structure (garage) will match his office building and his home. <br /> Staff recommends approval of this additional structure. After discussion, Jason Aiken moved to <br /> approve the Certificate of Appropriateness. Seconded by Marion Riopelle. Motion passed <br /> unanimously. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 5:00 pm. <br />
