Install finro layers of 15 Ib felt on low sloped roof areas with 3.12 roof pitch as required <br /> by the current Florida Building Code (Current Florida Building Codes requires that felt installed on roof areas with <br /> 3:12 roof pitch be installed with an 18" lap (1/2 lapped) resulting in 2 layers of 15 Ib or 30 Ib felt. <br /> 4 Provide and install new algae-resistant fiberglass shingles, Owner to choose shingle color from manufacturer's <br /> select colors. Provide manufacturer's limited shingle warranty.
