<br /> sole responsibility of the Customer and/or Owner to provide Contractor with all information needed to prepare the Notice of Commencement. The Customer and/or Owner shall hold harmless
<br /> and indemnify Convactor from all damages,liabilities,attorney's fees and other expenses incurred as a result of the Customer and/or Owner's failure to fulfill its obligatioos under this

<br /> progress,damage to driveways,sidewalks,landscaping,lawns,shrubbery,flowerbeds,gardens,pools,screen enclosures,gutters,spoutmg,window and door screens,sprinkler systems,
<br /> windows,septic systems,drain fields,garage doors,foundations or other structures,buildings,or portions thereof,as a result of work perfonned by Contractor. 1
<br /> Customer and/or Owner are responsible for satellite dish(s)/Solar Panel(s)/Lightning Rod(s)/etc.removal,installation,and re-positioning. Additionally our installation of a new roof to the
<br /> deck area of the building requires nails and/or screws to be inserted into the deck area. By code electrical,telephone and security wiring and air conditionmg wiring and lines should not be
<br /> installed direct(y beneath the roof deck. If you are aware of these or any other such lines please noti£y us immediately as the Contractor will not be responsible foc the puncture of improperly
<br /> installed lines or lines within 3 inches of the roof deck.Customer accepts full responsibility for any repair or replacement that may be necessary
<br /> Customer and/or Owner is responsible for any damage to lighting fixtures,pictures and frames,as well as these items can fall if not attached to the wall or ceiling. We suggest your check that
<br /> they are secure. If in doubt,please take them down until roofing is complete as the Co�tractor cannot accept responsibility for these items as a result of reroofing. It is also possible that small
<br /> particles of the acoustical ceiling may fall.
<br /> Contractor shall not be responsible for any injuries to Customer(s)and or Owner(s)/other employees/other companies/other contractors/subcontractors/material men.Contractor will not
<br /> be responsible for interioc damages due to any employees,inspectors,Customer and/or Owner falling through[he roof due to bad(rotted,soft,wet)wood,stucco work,old skylights,or bad
<br /> flashing. Contractor is not responsible for structural in[egrity,design or building compliance or any work done to property that has not been properly permitted,or due to poor workmanship
<br /> from builder.
<br /> The Customer shall be responsible for providi�g access for any and all trucks necessary for the delivery and/or removal of any materials and/or debris.The Customer and/or Owner agrees to
<br /> provide Contractor with access to the interior of the dwelling or building,upon reasonable notice by Contractor,to inspect for any stains,ceiling damage and/or structural damage prior to
<br /> perfotmance under the terms of[his Contract. Contractor shall not be responsible for any preexisting stains,ceiling damage and/or structural damage. ConVactor shall be held harmless by
<br /> Contractor and/or Owner for any alleged or actual damages and/or claims as a result of mold,algae or fungus. Contractor and its insurer will exclude all coverage,including defenses or
<br /> damages related to bodily injury,property damage or cleanup directly or ind'uectly for any issues associated with moid,including fungus and mildew regardless of the cost,event,material,
<br /> product or workmanship that may have contributed concurrently or in any sequence to the injury or damage occurs.
