Any re4uest which is NOT filled out properly or in detail, which includes, complete plan <br /> layout,elevations(where applicable), written details of improvement being roquesbod,includi�8 <br /> color,etc,aad any ot�er infarmation pertinent to#t�prooe�in�g of the roquest,�1�rel�r�d <br /> �vie�ved bv t�Co�� <br /> 3. Committse will review request,s and visit the site of the request as necessffiy. <br /> 4. After the Committee has approved or denied the reqi�est, it will be presented to the Boand of <br /> Directors for their approval or denial. <br /> 5. There will be NO more one day approvais or last minute approvais. Request wili take 7- 14 <br /> days for aPP�priate review and consideration,thus giving the Committoe and Board mcmbcrs <br /> time to review and consider the reqwest in a thorough maaner. <br /> 6. The original re9uest will be stamped approved or denied,and aft�er <br /> will go into to the meazbers file and the copy retumed to the Lot owner by the�Bo$rd of Director <br /> lisison to the committee. <br /> 7.
