<br /> the owner wi11 assume full responsibility to insure •they are made, and npon
<br /> completion will ca13 for a reinspectioa before proceeding with the building.

<br /> not eapect_ supervision of his work from the City of Zephyrhills Building
<br /> Departmeat.
<br /> 6. That prior to final .J.sispection any additi,onal fees, inclndinq reinspection
<br /> feas, must be paici ia fu1,1. A writtan request from this office shall
<br /> constitute an official notice -to pay additional fees,
<br /> 7. That the owner sha11 comply with all City, 5tate and Federal laws ixi regard to
<br /> social securit5,r, �o=�n•S �ompCTCa�an, lien laws, etc. , where applicable.
<br /> 8. That the owner sha11 comply with all the safety codes issued by the Florida
<br /> Iadustsial Commission.
<br /> 9. State law re�,;res construction to be done by licensed contractors. You have
<br /> applied for a pp*�+�;t ,,,,der an ex�p�on to that law. The exempt,�.on allows
<br /> you, as the owner of your propp.zty� to act as your own contractor with certaia
<br /> restsictions even though you do not have a license. You must provide direct
<br /> onsite supervision of the construction yourself, You may build or improve a
<br /> one-famiZy or two-fa+�;11r reside�ce or a farm outbuildiag, Yeu may also build
<br /> or is¢prove a commercial �++,;1�}�Tg� provided your costs do not e�cceed $25,000.
