Install necessary safety equipment including warning lines 10' from the roof edge. All <br /> employees working outside of the warning lines will be tied off 100% of the time. <br /> 3. All workers onsite will be full time employees of Simon Roofing and have been E-Verified <br /> and drug tested. <br /> 4. Pertorm a pre-construction meeting with airport personnel to assure all safety <br /> precautions and plans are in agreement for a safe working environment that will not <br /> disturb the operations of the airport. <br /> 5. Cut the rusted through metal along both roof edges (216') up to the third pulrin and <br /> remove of properly. The new section of roof and purlins replaced after the fire in the <br /> rniddle of tiie building(26'wide)will remain in place. <br /> 6. Remove the rusted through structural purlins along both roof edges (216') and dispose <br /> of properly. The new section of roof and purlins replaced after the fire in the middle of <br /> the building (26'wide)will remain in place. <br /> 7. Install new structural purlins (216')fastened directly to the structural steel I-Beams. <br /> 8. Install new R-Panel metal roof panels (4,320 Sq. Ft.) along both roof edges. New panels <br /> will be slid under the existing panels and fastened at the third, second and new first <br /> purlins. <br /> 9. Inspect all fasteners throughout the entire roof and replace or tighten as needed. <br /> 10. Power-wash the entire roof to ensure a clean surFace for the WiteBrite membrane. <br /> 11. Prime the entire roof using SR WiteBrite Primer Plus with zinc to inhibit future rusting. <br /> 12. Encapsulate all fasteners, new and old to assure they are water tight and to prevent <br /> future rusting. <br /> 13. Seal the 2 roof seams where the new panels meet the old (484') using SR WiteBrite <br /> Cement. <br /> 14. Seal both rake edges (100') using a multi-course application of SR WiteBrite Cement <br /> and Poly. <br /> 15. Install a layer of SR WiteBrite over the entire roof area. <br /> 16.
