Plan Review Comments: <br /> 1. F.F.E. shall be a minimum 8" above road elevation or to the engineered site <br /> plan. <br /> 2. Tie-in survey required before pre-slab inspection to show elevation. <br /> 3. Compaction test required. <br /> 4. All setbacks shall be met. <br /> 5. All property markers to be exposed before first inspection. <br /> 6. Drainage Plan Requirements must be made before pre-slab inspection. <br /> Ordinance #974-07 Section 6. <br /> 7. All glazing requirements to be met per chapter 24 of the F.B.C. <br /> 8. All means of egress are to be per chapter 10 of the F.B.C. <br /> 9. No plumbing, mechanical, electric, or framing shall be cover with inspection <br /> first. <br /> 10. Dumpster enclosure shall be inspected and signed of by Public Works Dept. <br /> Inspection and approval shall be done before any concrete is poured. <br /> 11.
