Paying for permit,the contractor acknowledges complying with those conditions. Should anyone have any questions,please do not hesitate to contact the Fire Marshal's office. Inspections Required: 1. Per FAC 69A-60.008,a lightweight truss sign shall be installed on the building. An"R" sign will be the correct one. It shall be located at the main door at a height of 4—6 feet. 2. Install emergency lights in restrooms. 3. No storage within 3 feet of electrical panels. 4. Only one certified fire extinguisher required. 5. Building Department will be responsible for checking ramps and stairs to ensure compliant. Inspections Required: 1.
