(Coastal) <br /> has prepared the design of the proposed bus shelters in various locations within the City of Zephyrhills City Limits. <br /> PCPT has reviewed the relevant construction documents and approved the approximate locations as listed in the <br /> enclosed Pasco County Public Transportation Proposed Bus Shelter Location List. Furthermore, the Pasco <br /> County Building Department has reviewed and approved the Construction Plans and Specifications, for three (3) <br /> prototype shelter designs. Please reference the enclosed email from Jim Bowman of Pasco County Building <br /> Inspection Department and the Aerial Location Exhibits. <br /> It should be noted that three (3) of the four (4) shelters (Shelter Nos. B-20, B-21, and B22) located within the City <br /> Limits are within FDOT right-of-way. The necessary permits through FDOT will be coordinated directly with FDOT. <br /> PCPT has determined the proposed locations, Construction Plans and specifications meet the requirements of <br /> Pasco County for public bus shelters as proposed for placement within Florida Department of Transportation <br /> (FDOT) right-of-way. Coastal Design Consultants (EOR) has prepared the design in accordance with the Manual <br /> of Minimum Standards for Design, Construction and Maintenance for Streets and Highways in the State of <br /> Florida <br /> By way of this letter Coastal respectfully requests a thorough review of the enclosed Right-of-Way Use Permit <br /> documentation at your earliest convenience.
