11(b). Builcler's Risk l�rsr�rarice. Cuntractor or Owner will provide Builder's Risk coverage.
<br /> Such coverage shall be on whut is commonly known as un "Afl Risks" basis. It shall be Subcontractor's
<br /> responsibility to satisfy himself as to the terms, scope,exclusions, and deductibles of such insurance, and
<br /> Subcontr�ctor shall be respansible for, and bear the risk of, any and all non-c�verage, exclusions, and
<br /> deductibles of such insurance.
<br /> li(c}. Damage to Sr�Gco�rtractor's Property. Subcontractor shall maintain, dt its own expense,
<br /> insurance coveruge agttinst the loss or destruction of any and ail of the equipment,tools,and other property
<br /> owned or used by it in connection with the Work.
<br /> !I(d). Certificate of Iiissrnuce. At least five {5)days priur to the commencement of thc Work
<br /> hereonder,Sub�ontractor shall have Agent furnish to Contractor,in ihe manner provided in Section 25 for
<br /> delivery of notices, two (2}copies of insurance certificates specifically stating that all insurance required
<br /> herein is in force. AU policics of insurance required herein shull contain un endorsement spec�fying that
<br /> cancellation of or materi�l change in such policies that will or may adversely affect the interests of
<br /> Contractor shall not be effective for such period as may be prescribed by the laws of the State in which this
<br /> Subcontrac[is tu be performed,but in no event less than thirty(30)days after written notice of said change
<br /> or cancellation has been received by Contructor. Subcontr�ctor shall not bcgin any portion of the Work
<br /> u�itil all certificates of insura�ice have been provided to Contractor by Agent.

<br /> Contractor on any reasonable ground, Subcontractor shall remove and replACe any worker, foreman, or

<br /> Subcontractor shall comply with each and all of the Project Rules and Spec;ial Conditions set forth in
<br /> Ezhibit"D" hereto. Should the Subcontractor fail to comply with this Section 13,Contrnctor may,but shall
<br /> not be obligated to,perform such cleAnup and take such other corrective action as it deems necessury,and

<br /> 14. Financial Records. Upon ContrACtor's request,Subcontractor shall provide ro Contractor all
<br /> records,documents,nnd information substantiating that Subcontractor's requests for payment are proper in
<br /> all respects and ure in aecordance with the terms of the Subc;ontract. !n addition, if Contractor has
<br /> expressly waived in writing the bonding requirements in Section 20,or Subcontructor is in default for
<br /> fAiling to comply with such requirements, then Contractor shall be given access tfl and copies of any
