This <br /> shall include underground plumbing and electric. <br /> 15. All signage shall require separate plans and permits and be done in <br /> accordance with Ordinance No. 870-04 <br /> 16. Address shall be ptaced on 301 side of building and Staples side. <br /> 17. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan required on site. <br /> 18. Suggest making fire wall 2 hours to satisfy future tenant requirements. <br /> 19.
