<br /> - If the flll material is to be used in Flood Zone "A', it is undarstood that a drainage plan addressing a
<br /> 'compensating volume'will be submitted at time of pertnitting whfch is prepared by a professio�al engineer
<br /> licensed by the Stata of Florida.
<br /> - If the fiil material is to be used in Flood Zone 'A' in connection wffh a permitted building using stem wali
<br /> constru�,I certNy that flll will be used only to fill the area within the stem wall.
<br /> - If fill material is to be used in any area, I certlfy that usa of such fill will not adversely aflect adjacent
