The tower was
originally designed for a wind speed of 105 mph per EIA/TIA-222-F for the appurtenances listed in Table 3. TEP
did not visit the site. All information provided to TEP was assumed to be accurate and complete.
2) ANALYSIS CRITERIA
The analysis has been performed in accordance with the 2010 Florida Building Code based upon an ultimate 3-
second gust wind speed of 137 mph converted to a nominal 3-second gust wind speed of 108 mph per section
1609.3.1 as required for use in the TIA-222-G Standard per Exception #5 of Section 1609.1.1 with the following
design criteria:
1) Type of Analysis: Rigorous Structural Analysis
2) Classification of Structure: Class II
Definition: Structures used for services that due to height, use or location represent a significant
hazard to human life and/or damage to property in the event of failure and/or used for services that
may be provided by other means.
3) Exposure Category: Exposure C
Definition: Open terrain with scattered obstructions having heights generally less than 30-ft. This
category includes flat, open country, grasslands and shorelines in hurricane prone regions.
4) Topographic Category: Category 1
Definition: No abrupt changes in general topography, e.g. flat or rolling terrain, no wind speed-up
consideration shall be required.
5) Earthquake Category: Not Considered
Commentary: Earthquake effects may be ignored per this standard for site locations where Ss does
not exceed 1.0. (Pasco County Ss =0.10).
Table 1 - Proposed Antenna and Cable Information
Center Number Number Feed
Mounting Line Antenna
of Antenna Model of Feed Line Note
Level(ft) Elevation Manufacturer
(ft) Antennas Lines Size(in),
160.0 160.0 6 CSS CAP-FRO-656 w/Mount Pipe l - - i -
Table 2- Existing Antenna and Cable Information
Center Number Number Feed
Mounting Line Antenna Antenna Model of Feed Line Note
Level(ft) Elevation of Manufacturer Lines Size(in)
9 Andrew ECC1920-VPUB
4 Andrew ETW190VS12UB
 I
9 Cellmax 1 CMA-BDHH/6521/E0-6
1940 f Technologies w/Mount Pipe
.
190.0 2 Nokia FRIE 14 1-5/8 1
5 Nokia FRIG
3 Nokia [ FXFB
1 Raycap OVP_DC1-48-60-0-15D
190.0 1 Tower Mounts Platform Mount[LP 715-1]1
tnxTower Report-version 6.0.4.0
