If Substantial <br /> Completion is achieved two or more weeks early,then the foregoing Fixed Lump Sum for General Conditions will be <br /> reduced by the amount of any remaining unspent or uncommitted General Conditions costs. <br /> § 5.2.5 To the extent that the Drawings and Specifications are anticipated to require further development by the <br /> Architect,the Contractor has provided in the Guaranteed Maximum Price for such further development consistent <br /> with the Contract Documents and reasonably inferable therefrom.
